Degus enjoying their new dust bath (they’ve only had sand baths up until now). It’s a definite favourite with Scott who jumped in to the sand bath, walked around it then jumped out again and went for a dust bath.

Happy first anniversary to the little guys

It’s been one year since we rescued the little guys. I can’t believe how much happier they are; they wouldn’t even take food from a hand a year ago and now they’re generally happy being handled and even somewhat trained. ^-^
