Sam has had a bit of a nosebleed for the last three weeks, there hasn’t been much blood but it’s been fairly persistent. He first went to the vet a little over two weeks ago, he’s been on some medication (anti-inflammatory and antibiotic) and today he’s been for an x-ray. They weren’t able to see anything obvious and the vet said that his mouth looks really good, so it’s not looking like dental disease at the moment but it’s not entirely ruled out. 

Another x-ray machine is being installed at the vets soon which will have smaller plates. The new machine will show more detail so hopefully after another x-ray we’ll know what’s going on. 

The vet didn’t sound too worried today, but I still have no idea what’s causing the bleeding. In the meantime Sam is still behaving like his usual self, he’s eating and drinking, and his weight has been consistent.
